Administrative and Financial Affairs Sector Web Content

Administrative Affairs Department :-

It aims to plan and provide PAI’s human resources, implement laws and regulations related to personnel affairs, and provide suggestions and recommendations for developing the workers situations, while providing an effective administrative and technical services systems supporting PAI’s activities, and developing secretarial systems and office services.

1. Personnel Affairs Department:

It aims to implement PAI’s employment laws and policies and ensure their proper execution to serve PAI’s objectives.

2. Administrative Services Section:

It aims to provide and coordinate all development requirements of administrative services for all organizational units of the Authority and to ensure their regularity and efficient operation.

3. Record and follow-up section:

It aims to list, apply and follow up all payroll procedures and time control systems, and ensure their proper application.

4. National Military Service Office:

It aims to follow up the functional and legal conditions of the assigned, recruited and reservists in everything related to their employment affairs at PAI’s.

Administrative Development Department :-

It aims to develop organizational and administrative conditions at PAI through plans and programs for administrative development, manpower, reorganization, development of work and job description. In additions to evaluating PAI’s functions, updating of functions specifications considering technological, organizational and administrative developments that affect the functionality of PAI and its employees.

1. Training Section:

It aims to list and meet training needs of PAI’s employees in the light of work plans and programs according to proposals to draw and plan employees career paths and to ensure that training activities meet the objectives set for them.

2. Organization and Work Methods Section:

It aims to study, simplify, and develop the work methods enforced in PAI and study the organizational phenomena and organizational problems at PAI.

3. Manpower Planning Section:

It aims to develop the necessary plans and programs to estimate PAI manpower needs in all its quantitative and qualitative classifications according to PAI's work plans and programs and to plan career paths for workers.

Financial Affairs Department:

It aims to plan and develop the PAI’s financial resources, direct and rationalize its expenditures and financial operations according to regulations and financial systems established, as well as follow up decisions implementation and actions that have a financial effect in order to achieve safety and control on PAI's financial operations.

1. Internal Audit Section:

It aims to ensure integrity of all financial operations and actions, audit their procedures and documents, and apply all systems that ensure development of the financial function.

2. Balancing and cost Section:

It aims to estimate financial appropriations required to finance PAI’s activities according to cost standards that are approved for all PAI's programs.

3. Financial Accounts Section:

It aims to implement all decisions and actions that have a financial impact according to regulations and financial systems enforced in order to achieve of financial control objectives, completion speed and simplification of financial procedures.

4. Collection and disbursement Section:

It aims to follow up on PAI’s dues and payment of its obligations in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.

5. Land Property Accounting Section:

It aims to carry out the financial business of the industrial plots and implement all its financial operations in accordance with the approved financial systems and procedures.

Supply and warehouse Department: :-

It aims to meet PAI’s needs in terms of requirements and equipment, in addition to supervise service contracts and works required by PAI. It also aims to secure and provide all requirements and items, movement control and operations audit.

1. Purchasing Section:

It aims to meet PAI's needs in terms of resources, supplies, equipment and service contracts required to achieve effective performance of PAI's activities.

2. Stores Section:

It aims to plan and keep all PAI's requirements and needs of items and materials, operations audit and measures required to disburse it to beneficiary departments and sections.
