Management Tasks
  1. Preparing and proposing public relations plans and programs in its social, recreational and sports fields for the authority’s employees, in a way that helps provide social and human working conditions that reflect positively on the performance of employees and in a manner that develops feelings of satisfaction for them.
  2. Participate in holding celebrations, conferences and seminars held by the authority and coordinate with the relevant departments of the authority
  3. Receiving the Authority’s guests or visitors and assisting in facilitating their tasks and introducing them to the Authority and its mission and the services they can obtain, and working to pay and document these visits and benefit from their results
  4. Preparing for press conferences and radio and television interviews that the commission invites or participates in
  5. Follow up on complaints or inquiries published in the various media outlets related to the work of the authority and coordinate with the competent authorities to prepare a response to them
  6. Covering the activities of the Commission in the media and providing the media with information, data and statistics related to the nature of the Commission's work, in coordination with the concerned authorities
  7. Supervising the issuance of bulletins, brochures and various publications that the authority deems to be issued to publicize its activities and achievements in coordination with the competent authorities
