Management tasks
  1. Develop an annual plan to review the workflow and safety of the implementation of the various activities of the Authority and introduce this plan to the organizational units so that they can fulfill the requirements of this plan
  2. Comparing the results of implementing the activities of the authority,its main operations, and the approved work programs for all units and work centers of the authority, in light of the resources and capabilities allocated to it
  3. Ensuring that the various organizational units fulfill all their technical, financial and administrative responsibilities within the framework of the correct tracks and systems, identifying deviations from these tracks and systems and working to correct them
