Management Tasks
  1. Develop the annual plan for reviewing the workflow and the safety of implementing the various activities of the Authority and introducing this plan to the organizational units so that they can fulfill the requirements of this plan.
  2. Comparing the results of the implementation of the activities of the authority, its main operations, and the approved work programs for all units and work centers of the authority, in light of the resources and capabilities allocated to it.
  3. Ensuring that the various organizational units fulfill all their technical, financial and administrative responsibilities within the framework of the correct tracks and systems, identifying deviations from these tracks and systems and working to correct them.
  4. Setting and developing indicators and standards for the performance of the organizational units of the Authority, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, and quality of the operations and services on which the Authority is based.
  5. Developing the authority’s reporting systems to ensure its periodicity and the efficiency of the indicators it contains on the performance of the authority’s organizational units, and employing these indicators to develop the authority’s overall performance.
  6. Assisting the authority's senior management in all its sectors with the results of performance indicators and measures to help it take more effective decisions to improve and develop performance in its affiliated units.
