Industrial Cities Planning Department :-
It aims to prepare studies for the establishment, development, management, maintenance and operation of industrial cities by private sector. As well as preparing studies for designing industrial cities and standards for industrial land use. In addition to follow up the implementation of industrial cities with related services as planned and in accordance with the set goals.
1. Cities Planning and Development Section:
It aims to prepare studies that encourages private sector participating in the development and completion of industrial cities, set rules and procedures related to establishment, development, management, maintenance, and operation of specific industrial cities by the private sector.
2. Studies and Design Section:
It aims to prepare studies of designing industrial cities and industrial land use standards, in addition to preparing technical requirements and terms of reference (TOR) to invite developers and operators to carry out the implementation of industrial cities.
3. Implementation Follow-up Section:
It aims to ensure the implementation of industrial cities that are handled by private sector and associated services as planned and in accordance with the set goals, in addition to following up the existing industrial plots in the industrial cities to ensure that buildings conform to building licenses.
Investor Services and Follow-up Department :-
It aims to facilitate all transactions of industrial investors in the industrial cities, in addition to simplifying licensing procedures and developing services provided to investors, the implementation of which falls within the responsibility of several parties, whether inside or outside PAI.
1. Investors Services Section:
It aims to provide the required services to investors, such as obtaining licenses and contracts, facilitate completion of their tasks and obtaining them on time.
2. Coordination and Follow-up Section:
It aims to coordinate and follow up the development services provided to investors, the implementation of which falls within the responsibility of several parties, whether inside or outside PAI.
3. Contracts Follow-up Section:
It aims to monitor projects owners commitment to the license conditions, usufruct contract, and the regulations enforced in the industrial cities..
Industrial cities facilities Department:-
It aims to carry out development studies for the various facilities of the industrial cities, keep the infrastructure, roads, and facilities of the industrial cities in a valid condition that can be used effectively, while conducting technical studies, maintaining mechanical and electrical installations to ensure their efficient operation.
1. Facilities Development Section:
It aims to carry out development studies for various industrial cities facilities and to set technical specifications for the engineering design, traffic control of the road network and its intersections in cooperation with the competent authorities.
2. Facilities Operation and Maintenance Section:
It aims to maintain the infrastructure, roads, and facilities of the industrial cities in a usable & effective conditions and doing technical studies and maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations to ensure efficient operation.
