Management Tasks
  1. Preparing memos, reports and correspondence as requested by the Director General
  2. Organizing and maintaining files, correspondence, subjects and documents for the office of the Director-General
  3. Receiving the topics that come to the general manager, preparing them, and ensuring that they meet the elements of the offer
  4. Distributing correspondence to sectors, departments and competent authorities in accordance with the instructions of the Director-General
  5. Arranging appointments, preparing for meetings, coordinating communications, attending interviews and meetings permitted by the Director-General, and recording what is required to be recorded.
  6. Carrying out the secretariat of the permanent and temporary technical committees chaired by the Director General or in the cases decided by the Director General
  7. Carrying out reception and hospitality work for the visitors of the General Manager
  8. Carrying out procedures for arranging and organizing the visits of the Director General in coordination with the concerned authorities inside and outside the Authority
  9. Introducing the authority to the concerned authorities and bodies, and coordinating in that with the competent departments and authorities inside and outside the authority
  10. Follow up on topics published in newspapers and media outlets related to the authority’s role and competencies and take what is necessary to provide the necessary clarifications and responses about them.
