- Conducting field surveys of foreign markets to identify vital commercial information.
- Preparing, issuing and publishing commercial information for local exporters and foreign importers.
- Providing, developing and maintaining all information services such as library, general and intelligence information on markets, information networks, and commercial publications related to export activities, in cooperation with the Information and Decision Support Center of the Authority.
- Providing export guidance and advice to local export companies.
- Preparing studies for local export companies in terms of production capacities and financing and credit capabilities.
- Providing and organizing consulting services for export companies to develop marketing strategies and plans. Suggesting and preparing training programs for exporters covering all aspects related to export marketing and improving the quality of the local product, in cooperation with the Administrative Development Department of the Authority.
