  1. Studying and evaluating the organizational and administrative conditions in the authority and preparing the necessary plans and programs to develop these conditions in order to achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of the authority’s administrative performance.
  2. Preparing studies and research on organizational and administrative problems in the authority, examining their causes and proposing appropriate solutions and arrangements for their treatment.
  3. Developing the work systems and methods used in the Authority's departments in coordination with the concerned departments and simplifying the procedures followed in providing industrial and technical services to industrial investors and providing technical advice to the Authority's departments in this field.
  4. Preparing organizational documents and work systems manuals and simplifying and developing their procedures.
  5. Inventory and determination of training needs and planning training and administrative development programs that meet these needs.
  6. Evaluating training programs and benefiting from the results of this evaluation in the career development plan and leadership replacement programs.
  7. Coordination with the Information and Decision Support Center in building an administrative information system to provide accurate and rapid information to decision makers and the higher management of the authority.
  8. Building and designing an integrated system for describing and evaluating the functions of the authority and working on updating and developing this system and coordinating in that with the Department of Administrative Affairs and other departments concerned with the authority.
  9. Taking procedures for delegation in scholarships, study leaves, foreign and local courses, and following up and evaluating the annual dispatch plans and programmes.
