Associated with the administrative and financial affairs sector
  1. Supervising the implementation of laws, regulations and decisions regulating the conditions of the Authority’s employees, following up on amendments to these laws and regulations and taking the necessary measures in their regard.
  2. Preparing the annual draft budget of the authority in relation to the first chapter on the authority’s annual needs of manpower in its various categories and types, in coordination with the Manpower Planning Section and the sectors and departments of the concerned authority.
  3. Apply the systems and procedures for employees such as appointments, contracts, salaries, promotions, transfers, vacations and other personal affairs of employees in accordance with the rules and regulations determined by the Authority’s regulations and work on automating these systems and procedures.
  4. Assisting the authority’s departments and providing it with data and information related to its employees.
  5. Coordination with the concerned state agencies in everything related to the affairs of the employees of the authority.
  6. Organizing and directing the operations of the administrative secretariat, archives, mail, records and passports.
  7. Organizing and directing the preservation and documentation work in the Authority and developing library services.
  8. Providing the Authority's requirements of administrative services and working on maintaining and developing these services.
  9. Suggesting and applying administrative systems and methods and draft decisions and circulars aimed at simplifying work procedures related to personnel affairs and administrative and office services in the authority after their approval and coordination with the concerned sectors, departments and levels.
